Camera: Add notifyWatchdog in cameraserver

Before cameraserver watchdog is triggered, call notifyWatchdog
which will dump the stack traces of important processes
(client, cameraserver, and HAL).

This change adds the missing stack traces of application process,
which is important for debuggability.
