VT: ARTPWriter: Add traffic recorder

Introduce TrafficRecorder class
  - Record amount of bytes that has sent in a same sendAVCData() loop.
    This can be used for another sendXXXData() loop.
  - Record amount of bytes until a new request of Bps printing.
