stagefright: Fix issues with software decoders 

 * Fix MKV thumbnails
 * Fix VC1 thumbnails
 * Fix FFMPEG thumbnails
 * Fix trial decoder
 * Fix edge cases with WMV3/VC1 playback
 * Fix a state issue which caused some codecs to get wrong configuration
