stagefright: Conditionally build legacy audio stuff

 * The LPA and Tunnel mode code is entirely deprecated and breaks things
   for devices which don't use the legacy ALSA audio HAL.
 * Exclude this stuff unless explicitly requested.
 * Also enable rendering statistics for all.
