libaudiohal: Fix port config finding and registration

 - Add more informative log about retrying mix port match with
   different flags.

 - Fix handling of port config creation, pass ioHandle to HAL.

 - Consider both "fast" and "raw" flags as optional when
   finding an input AudioPort.
