Services : Load the IhalAdapterVendorExtension service implementation

As part of Android V AIDL migration, vendor HAL service
has to be registered as a separate service with Android framework.
- Use existing audioparameterparser example service to register
IHalAdapterVendorExtension(IHAVE) by loading the service implementation
from an .so.
