GenericSource: refactor track selection for dedicated looper 

 - move getFormatMeta, getSelectedTrack, selectTrack, and seekTo to
   dedicated looper
 - start & dequeueAccessUnit posts readBuffer requests instead of reading
   directly
 - call internal doGetFormatMeta in onPrepareAsync
