Stagefright: Extensions for HTTP progressive streaming. 

- Extend NuPlayer setDataSource for streaming
- Create ExtendedCachedSource only for MediaPlayer streaming
  usecases by passing a flag to DataSource to use extended cache
- Add extension for MediaHTTP
