Revert "stagefright: Cleanup ifdefs in pause code"

Breaks audio pause-resume on non-QCOM device. The code here goes
with QCOM-specific mPaused code in OMXCodec.cpp.

Also added one more ifdef to fix compile error.

This reverts commit f771dc65.
