audio: Update audio HAL

 -audio: Fix deep buffer link
 -audio: Code style improvements
 -audio: Make voice config configurable (narrow/wide)
 -audio: Remove the device enabling/disabling stage
	Arizona (Galaxy Note 4) needed this, but the newer Clearwater
	(Galaxy Note 5) DSP chips apparently don't. (hope same for J7)

 -audio: Update audio HAL
	 * Import updates from cryptomilk
	 * General code cleanup
	 * Update copyrights

 -audiohal: Fix switching to different devices

	This fixes the DSP firmware loading so devices are correctly set up.
