ASoC: wcd: enable EXT_PRECHRG_SEL for fast micbias rampup 



Special headset needs 2.7v Micbias to unlock microphone.
Enable EXT_PRECHRG_SEL for fast micbias rampup otherwise
it will result in loss of recorded data in first few seconds
of recording.
