ALSA: caiaq: fix use of MODULE_SUPPORTED_DEVICES()

It looks like MODULE_SUPPORTED_DEVICES() is not implemented yet, but
still, having the entries in the list consistently separated by commas
and with balanced parenthesis won't hurt.
