ARM: dts: msm: add config tables for PM8916 GPIOs/MPPs for MSM8916 MTP/CDP

Add configuration tables in msm8916-mtp.dtsi and msm8916-cdp.dtsi in order
to capture MSM8916 MTP/CDP target specific configurations for PMIC PM8916
GPIOs and MPPs.
Also configure MPP4 for PWM backlight.
