msm: gdsc: Increase timeout for GDSC enable to 100us

The recent increase of EN_FEW_WAIT from 4 cycles to 256 cycles
adds approximately 13us to the time it takes for the GDSC to
enable. The current software timeout of 10us is therefore
insufficient. Increase it to something arbitrarily large.
