ARM: dts: msm: disable PMD9635 GPIO 5 and 6 devices for mdm9630

PMIC PMD9635 GPIO 5 and 6 are reserved for modem processor use on
mdm9630 boards.  Disable these devices so that the high level OS
running on the application processor does not attempt to access
them.  Such an access would result in an access violation and a
crash.
