msm: vidc: handle session_error from firmware

The video firmware will return session_error in case
of unsupported features. In this error state, the
firmware expects the video driver to send ABORT
command. On receipt of ABORT, the firmware will
release all buffers and resources and send an
ABORT_DONE. Without this change, firmware will not
come out of error state, unless it is reset.
