ASoc: wcd: change button thresholds according to new button range

Change button thresholds as per below resistance values
and also change the mapping of buttons as below.
0-70 is button0 functionality is hook key.
110-180 is button1 functionality is voice assist.
210-290 is button2 functionality is volumeup.
360-680 is button3 functionality is volumedown.
