ARM: dts: msm: raise limits for WLAN LDOs for 8974/8x10/8x26

To be able to fully characterize WLAN the maximum limits
for WLAN rails need to be slightly raised.

Fix this by correcting the regulator-max-microvolt property
for the corresponding LDOs.
