arm: dts: msm: Enable AHB2AHB bypass for MSM8916

Enable AHB2AHB bypass enhances the USB transfer rates
and helping improve performance for rmnet/rndis based
data calls.

Also, if this mode is enabled then let usb controller
reset every time as it creates issues during OTG mode
operations. USB controller must be completely reset
after the peripheral session. Otherwise host mode does
notwork.
