usb: serial: csvt: Update reset resume callback

This reset_resume method is called by usb serial to indicate
attached usb serial device is bus reset instead of usual bus
resume. Update reset_resume callback with usb_serial_generic_resume
to do the same thing as resume otherwise the usb serial
interface will be rebinding again.
