ARM: dts: msm: Set SD card property for 8909 SKUC

according to HW design,
1. set VDD to always on to support hot plug and VDD current to
4mA for saving power in LPM mode.
2. set cd-gpio flag to 0x0 for high active card installed
interruption.
3. set cd_on as bias-disable since exist external pull up resistor
with cd-gpio.
