ARM: dts: msm: Disable AHB2AHB bypass for msm8939

EP prime and flush issues are observed while performing USB transfers.
Once these issues occur, none of the USB interfaces work afterwards.
This has been found out that enabling AHB2AHB bypass mode is bringing
in these issue. To avoid these issues, disable both AHB2AHB bypass feature.
