ARM: dts: msm: Remove phy_sleep_clk from SSUSB device

Now that the gcc_usb2_hs_phy_sleep_clk is mapped to
the HS PHY device, and the SSUSB driver is no longer
using this clock, remove the extraneous mapping. Also
remove the "qcom,reset_hsphy_sleep_clk_on_init" flag
which is no longer used.
