msm: ocmem: Add mode parameter in tz request structure

The tz api to lock down the ocmem memory needs a fourth
parameter "mode" to configure the ocmem region to function
in thin mode or wide mode. Add the missing parameter in
the request structure and update the mode macros with the
correct values.
