ARM: dts: msm: Add PMIC PMFERRUM devices

Add the PMIC SPMI container nodes for SID 0.
Add GPIOs and MPPs found on SPMI slave ID 0.
Add SMPS and LDO regulators found on SPMI slave ID 1.
