msm: camera: fd: Fix engine hang on dynamic configuration

Face direction-angle register was set with wrong
value when dynamic configuration is applied.
When register is set with value which exceeds
max limit of 8 engine is blocked.

This patch adds fix for direction-angle
register and recovery if engine hangs
for some reason.
Currently timeout on stop is set to 500 ms.
