msm: clock-8974: Add camera MCLK frequencies to the GCC GP clocks

8974 V2 uses a workaround where the GCC GP clocks are routed
to the camera MCLK pins, in order to be able to supply all
the frequencies required by the camera clocks. Update the GCC
GP clock frequency table to include these frequencies.
