msm: smd: Fully support the SMD_APPS_Q6FW edge

Implemented support for the SMD_APPS_Q6FW edge is incomplete, thus
rendering the edge non-functional.  Complete the implementation of the
SMD_APPS_Q6FW edge to make it fully functional.
