ASoC: wcd9306: modify headset and ear path sequence

The turn on pop is high due to interpolator clock
being enabled after enabling the dac. The ear turn off
fails occasionally as the sleep of 5 ms is not immediately
after ear pa disable.
Modify sequence to ensure interpolator clock is enabled
before enabling the dac and sleep 5 ms immediately after
ear pa disable.
