power: smb349-charger: Add iterm, float-voltage, recharge configurability

Add a DT property to specify the termination current, float voltage
and recharge threshold. Also, explicitly add properties to disable
termination current and auto recharge.

If none of the above properties are specified the default OTP
configuration takes affect.
