msm: camera: isp: Add 14 bit pipeline support in ISP

Make following changes for 14 bit QCOM RAW and MIPI RAW data
- add enums and configuration for ISP pipeline.
- For WM using RDI RAW as frame based, WR_IMAGE_SIZE and
WR_BUFFER_CFG are not needed, remove it.
