ARM: dts: msm: Bump up MSM8994V2 A53 and CCI freq plan

Increase the A53 cluster FMAX to 1.44GHz and the
CCI FMAX to 787.2MHz. This will allow for better
boot time and general performance, and is in
accordance with the latest voltage plan.
