arm/dt: msm9625: Add TSENS DT node

MSM9625 supports 5 TSENS sensors. The device tree node
includes the number of sensors supported for this platform,
the characterized slope data used for offset computation and
the register control address. TSENS driver supports clients
to read the temperature to perform thermal mitigation.
