ARM: dts: msm: increase SPI bus speed on MSM8939 improveTouch platform 



On MSM8939 improveTouch platform, touchscreen communicates to host via SPI
bus. To maximize performance, bump SPI bus speed to 18 Mhz. This improves
bus transaction latency.
