msm: Kconfig: Select MIGHT_HAVE_CACHE_L2X0 for 7x27(A) and 8x25 



Select MIGHT_HAVE_CACHE_L2X0 option for 7x27(A) and 8x25 for
PL310 external L2 cache controller.
