ARM: dts: msm: Use PMIC notifications for cable connection on 8092

USB2 OTG driver can rely on PMIC instead of PHY for VBus and ID
notifications. This allows significant power savings by putting
USB h/w in LPM on cable disconnection and allowing XO shutdown.
