msm: clock-8974: Remove SDCC bus clock entries

SDCC PNoC bus voting will be taken care by MSM bus scaling
driver according to throughput requirements of SDCC. There
is no need of explicitly voting for this bus clock by SDCC
driver. Hence, remove the unused bus clock entries.
