ARM: dts: msm: Remove empty PM8841 MPP configurations for msm8974-mtp

Remove the empty PMIC PM8841 MPP initialization configurations
since they have no effect and because PM8841 is not present on
MSM8974Pro-AC targets.  The MPP configurations cause a compile
error for MSM8974Pro-AC if they are left in place.
