Arm: dts: msm: Add device tree for msm8226 QRD DVT

The QRD-DVT board use ram-less LCD unlike the QRD-EVT
board. This requires distinguishing the two boards
based on the platform type field in the msm id.
Create separate top level DTS files for these two
boards such that they use a common QRD board dtsi file
and add panel devices separately.
