ARM: dts: Remove references to deprecated vidc properties

qcom,vidc-(ns|cp)-map and qcom,has-ocmem properties have long been
deprecated since qcom,vidc-iommu-domains qcom,ocmem-size were
introduced.  Remove all stale references to them in various DT files
and bindings Documentation.
