ASoC: msm: Handle audio OCMEM post lpass subsystem restart

Post lpass SSR, OCMEM hardware block gets reset as part of lpass
reset sequence. In case of lpass SSR during audio playback when
audio OCMEM is in use, exercise following steps as part of audio
OCMEM SSR handling:

1. Dump audio OCMEM content for debugging.
2. Clean up audio mappings in OCMEM.
3. Restore audio OCMEM state to handle new playback.
