msm: pil-riva: Partially revert 6fe41b0

6fe41b0 (msm: board-8064-bt: Enable WCN2243 support on MPQ HRD.,
2012-09-13) is entirely useless since the device that this driver
would probe is not added on this machine. Remove the dead code.
