ARM: dts: msm: Modify the CPR quotient for 960 Mhz virtual corner

For 8939 parts which are fused at NOM FMAX of 800(Perf)/500(Power)
identified by PVS version = 0, update the CPR quotient for
960 Mhz to the same value as NOM FMAX. This will reduce the
operating voltage for 960 Mhz to the same value as 800 Mhz.
