ARM: dts: msm: charging configuration for msm8916 device

QRD msm8916 devices use a 4.35V battery, Tcold = 0 degrees
centigrade(THcold = 75%), Thot = 58 degrees centigrade
(THhot = 30%). Change the charging settings to make sure
charging funtion work normally.
