msm: qpnp-power-on: Add support for KPDPWR_RESIN pon type

Add support for KPDPWR_RESIN to QPNP PON module. This
is activated when both KPDPWR and RESIN lines asserted
simultaneously. It supports reset and the required
parameters such as s1 time, s2 time and s2 type
are parsed from DTS.
