ARM: dts: msm: source the core voltage from krait regulators for APQ8084

The clock-krait device node currently uses pma8084_s8 as the voltage
source. Update the core supplies to their respective krait regulators
devices. This enables managing the voltage and phases of the PMIC gang
and also manages LDO and BHS mode selection for each core.
