ARM: dts: msm: add touch device node for msm8909

Add Synaptics touch controller device node for msm8909
CDP and MTP. Touch controller is connected to the host
processor via I2C. Also add the touchscreen reset and
interrupt signals active, suspend and release settings
as per the pinctrl framework.
