ARM: dts: msm: use SPM to control Krait supply regulators for msmsamarium

Convert the qpnp-regulator devices for PMA8084 regulators SMPS
8-11 to spm-regulator devices.  This ensures that the APPS SPM
hardware is aware of the state of these regulators at all times.
The SPM hardware must be programmed with the last active voltage
used in order for Krait core retention mode to function
correctly.
