Revert "ARM: dts: msm: Add new dt node for low power mode driver workarounds" 



This reverts commit 8d34b9c2bbc56808b4946de0b278c942fa2c4821.

This workaround for CX rail bumpup is not required as there is a
better workaround suggested by design team.
