arm/dt: msm9625: Tune TX FIFO sizes for BAM pipes

Increasing HSIC BAM TX pipe DATA FIFO size helps in getting good
TCP downlink throughput. So fine tuning data FIFO and descriptor
FIFO sizes. Also with this change steady throughput is observed
